"Hi, my name is Tpr. Bullis and I am in my 17 year as a New York State Trooper. But it feels more like my 7th year. There are so many things to do as a Trooper it makes the time fly by. We are a reflection of society, so the description of our job adjusts with the changes in society. My duties have taken me from a murder investigation in the Adirondack Mountains to a call to duty at Ground Zero and the World Trade Center disaster. From advance training at the State Police Academy in Albany to the New York State Fair in Syracuse. Opportunities and experiences are around every corner. That's what I like about our job. The knowledge you gain through the experiences you encounter is unmeasurable. I would recommend our job to anyone who likes to stay active and wants to be associated with an organization that strives for excellence."
